During the relaunch of Boss Bottled, where we redesigned the basic graphic system of the Hugo Boss Bottled series, the Boss Bottled Oud fragrance was added to the product family. The redesign is a modernization and upgrade of the established Boss Bottled portfolio: Boss Bottled, Boss Bottled Night & Boss Bottled unlimited, bringing the flacon´s silhouette to life as an embossed outline with texture. The colors of the family have been revised to emphasize the Boss world: self-confidence and elegance
Oud stands for liquid gold in perfumery so the color scheme: dark brown and bronze represent the the key ingredients of this variant: Oud represents a luxurious, high-quality product that contains 100% natural ingredients. The scent is masculine with a touch of luxury- intense and opulent, symbolic and refined. All this is being featured through the packaging design.
Since many years there is a continuous relation between the brand and our design company. Many iconic designs were created by Lutz himself and later our company: From Boss bottled or Boss Selection fragrances which have reached classic status in the men’s market to Hugo Deep Red the first success of Boss in the female segment to the Boss in Motion under the Boss Orange brand.
All design suggest the fragrance’s effect, which gives men and women a charismatic and clear presence, subtle but elegant. The core values: confidence and expertise are respected and displayed through shape, colors and packaging.
